Delivery Info

We keep delivery simple. One option, one price, anywhere in the UK.

Delivery charge: £5.40 inc VAT (£4.50 ex VAT) on every order, whatever you
buy and wherever you are. There is no minimum order, no free delivery
threshold, and no surcharge for the Scottish Highlands and Islands or
Northern Ireland.

Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days, subject to a 2pm cut-off. Orders placed
after 2pm are despatched the next working day. Deliveries to the Highlands,
the Islands and other remote areas can occasionally take a little longer.

We deliver with Royal Mail and DHL. Our delivery partners operate 9am to 5pm,
Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We will always do our best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible,
but we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Please do not
book a tradesperson or incur other costs on the assumption that delivery
will arrive on a particular date.
